Associate Client Services Manager is for those who are super-organised, proactive and would enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. It’s a role for a real people-person and a strong communicator as it involves lots of direct engagement with clients, suppliers and team members to keep projects on track. You also need sound financial acumen and strong attention to detail to address client needs and ensure the smooth, successful delivery of projects.

Day-to-day

 

  • Drive projects through from set-up to completion
  • Create budgets and timelines
  • Monitor projects to make sure they are running on time
  • Track finances to ensure projects are within budget
  • Be a key point of contact for clients
  • Liaise with third party suppliers (booking printing, layout, digital work etc.)
  • Solve problems
  • Run internal and client status meetings
  • Keep status sheets, project management and financial trackers, and other project-related documents up-to-date
  • Visit our onsite gym
  • Have lunch in our modern social space!
