This position is highly suited to strong communicators as it involves lots of direct engagement with clients, suppliers, and team members to keep projects on track. Day-to-day
- Look after projects from set-up to completion
- Monitor project deadlines and update timelines
- Master our financial systems (no prior experience required)
- Track finances and work with team to ensure projects are within budget
- Attend status meetings and capture actions and minutes
- Keep status sheets, project management and financial trackers, and other project-related documents up to date
- Liaise with third party suppliers including designers and printers
- Solve problems
- Attend graduate academy sessions with participants from across the Adelphi group!
- Develop an understanding of the pharma industry and medical communications agency environment
