The role of Observational Research Executive is best suited to individuals who have an interest in healthcare research. A master’s or PhD in a life science-related field would be an advantage. It combines the ability to design observational real world studies alongside liaising with translators, fieldwork agencies and our internal team to follow research protocols. This role offers the opportunity to analyse and interpret data as part of generating dashboards, reports, manuscripts, posters and slide presentations. Knowledge of statistical approaches is an advantage.

Day-to-day
- Design observational research studies
- Liaise with global fieldwork agencies and translators
- Understand different therapy areas through background research and literature searches
- Implement the research process demonstrating strong project management skills
- Work collaboratively, supporting a range of projects
- Analyse, interpret, and manipulate global data for different types of content
- Design a range of deliverables including dashboards, reports, manuscripts, posters, and slide presentations
- Visit our onsite gym
- Go for a scenic walk in the countryside surrounding our offices
- Take part in monthly activities put on by our social committee
